Seller Terms

Last updated: October 4, 2026

These terms apply to traders who sell access to their own journal through PropFlagger. They are a general template, not legal advice. Have them reviewed before you rely on them.

What you may publish

  • Only your own real trades, recorded as they happened, including losses and mistakes. Never invented, edited or back-dated results.
  • Educational descriptions of what you did and why, written in the first person.

What you must not do

  • Promise or guarantee profits, income or a win rate.
  • Give signals, tips or personalised advice, or tell buyers what to trade.
  • Present yourself as a licensed adviser unless you are one and have the licence required where you operate.
  • Use fake testimonials, fake screenshots or misleading statistics.

Your responsibility

You are an independent seller, not an employee or partner of the site. You are responsible for the content you publish and for the laws that apply to you, including financial-services, advertising, consumer and tax rules. The site does not verify your results.

Fees and payouts

The site keeps a share of each sale and pays you the rest after the refund window, once a month, on the last working day, to the payout details you gave. Payouts need identity verification. Refunds reverse the earnings of that sale, and a refund after payout is deducted from your next payout. You are responsible for reporting and paying tax on what you receive.

Removal

The site owner may reject a listing, take it offline or suspend a seller who breaks these terms, and may issue refunds to buyers from the seller’s earnings.
